Who we are
VAIVR is run by VAIV Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 15045384), with its registered office at 6 Wrights Lane, London W8 6TA. We are the controller of the personal data described here. Contact us at founders@vaivr.ai.
What we collect
When you join early access, we collect what you type into the form:
- Your work email and name.
- Your brand name and website.
- Your product category, rough monthly content spend and how you make content today.
- Whether you are a brand or an agency, whether you want self-serve or done-for-you, and which pack you would pick.
- Any product photos, brand guidelines or other files you choose to upload.
We do not use tracking or advertising cookies on this site.
Why we use it
- To contact you about early access and set up your workspace.
- To understand demand and set pricing (for example, which pack people would choose).
- To prepare sample campaign images of your own product, if you uploaded files.
Our legal basis is our legitimate interest in running and improving early access, and your consent for any files you choose to upload. You can withdraw consent at any time.
Your files
- Your files are never used to train AI.
- They are never shown publicly or used as an example without your written permission.
- They are deleted automatically 90 days after upload, or sooner if you ask.
- You own every campaign image we make for you.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your data. We use these providers to run the site, under contracts that protect it:
- Vercel Inc. for hosting and file storage.
- Neon Inc. (part of Databricks) for our database.
Where it is stored
Your details and files are stored in the United States (Washington DC region). When data leaves the UK we rely on standard contractual clauses approved for UK transfers (the UK International Data Transfer Addendum) to keep it protected.
How long we keep it
- Uploaded files: 90 days, then deleted automatically.
- Your signup details: 24 months, unless you ask us to delete them sooner.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, object to how we use it, or ask us to stop using it. Email founders@vaivr.ai and we will reply within one month. If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
